Its Okay To Not Be Okay
In a world that often expects us to put on a brave face and push through difficult times , its important to remember that its perfectly alright to not be okay. Most times people walk around with a smile on their face and yet inside their head or inside their heart they are struggling with something. Expressing ourselves whether in private or in public is often said to be not ok as people will often whisper to each other wondering why a person would suddenly feel the need to express themselves. sometimes even just letting out a loud scream will often make a person feel much better but because of the fear of being shunned upon people often keep their emotions to themselves. Its essential to create a safe space for open conversations about mental health, where we can share our experiences without fear of judgement. Remember , your feelings are valid, and its ok to seek support when you need it. You are not alone in this world.
